Fresh pies - Instructions

1. Preheat oven at 180C

2. Remove from fridge and outer packaging leave foil tin on.

3. Bake for 

Small pies 20-30 mins

Mediums pies 25-35 mins

Large Pies 35-45 mins

or until pastry is golden brown and piping hot inside, (All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only)

4. Remove foil tin place on plate and enjoy


Storage - Keep refrigerated below 5C.

This product is suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of receiving and use within 4 months. Thoroughly defrost in a fridge over night.
Once defrosted use within 2 days (Dont refreeze).

Bake at home - Instructions

1. Preheat oven at 180C

2. Remove from freezer night before or before cooking and packaging leave foil tin on.

3. Bake for

Small pies 20-30 mins (defrosted) or 40-50 mins (frozen)

Mediums pies 30-40 mins (defrosted) or 45-55 mins (frozen) 

Large Pies 30-40mins (defrosted) or 45-55 mins (frozen)

or until pastry is golden brown and piping hot inside, (All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only)

4. Remove foil tin place on plate and enjoy

Storage - Once received place in freezer

Once cooked use within 2 days
